Should there be something to see whispers/should mods be able to help?

So, one time, when i'd played about 3-5 months, someone very strongly sent me a racist insult via whispers, for no reason other than i guess finding me in a server.
I didn't know how to disable whispers or contact a mod so i just went afk and ended up blocking them or leaving.
something similar happened recently, but a moderator told me nothing could be done about whispers, to disable them.
So, having that, cant they just move on to annoy the next person and continue to insult?
Wouldn't that be rather bad on MiceForces reputation?
The issue with this is how could a moderator know?
I'd say screenshots, but a mod said screenshots don't count and nothing can be done about whispers in general.

My suggestion is there to maybe be a way for one person to make whispers private and not private to moderators.
That way, if you're sharing private info with a friend, it'll stay safe. but if a stranger is trolling you, you can show a mod and get help.

Little rant I've been at for a while now.
Hope this is found useful!

Disabling whispers is your most ideal bet. Otherwise, take the chat into a public room, then report from there. I believe most would rather the whispers be a bit more furtive.

Taking it public could get both of them banned by just stating the convo in public. I've seen it many times before.

I've yet to spot that myself. If it's taken into the public room, where a user is in the wrong, 100%, I'd believe that if you were to report the other, you'd chat with a moderator within a bit, and that'd be that. Whenever they're both banned, it's primarily as they're screeching and spamming the chat. If you went about it within another manner, it should be a-okay.

If you're still wondering how to disable whispers; /silence (message here) [message shown to people not on your friend list], /silence* (message here) [message shown to everyone + people on friend list] but then said, agreed with second post.

i've explained why to you before, but i guess i'll just have to end up repeating myself again.

if you have a problem with someone insulting you in whispers, then just disable your whispers or block the person. it's honestly just as simple as that. it doesn't matter if they move onto someone else, because that someone else may have a different thought process than you. that "someone else" has nothing to do with you and can handle themselves. it isn't your problem, it's theirs. if you cannot be independent and responsible for your own being, then i'm very sorry to say but maybe you should avoid the internet in general. i mean, that's if you can't handle petty insults that shouldn't be taken to offense.
also, for some extra information, there's a lot of silly and "troll' players on miceforce who'll just randomly insult someone, maybe with the intention to aggravate them. what do you do? well you do the most rational thing. ignore.
you can always silence your whispers, but it seems you refuse to do so because you're too worried about the person going to other people. however, let's be real with ourselves here, that's not actually the case now is it? you just desperately want the person to get punished because they INSULTED you. well, there's nothing we can do about that! you're going to just have to deal with it.

regardless, even if we were able to see whispers, we wouldn't be able to do anything about it. the only time we can handle whispers are when a player is asking for nudes privately for advertising other transformice private servers.

I saw this on the cafe. honestly just block the player and who cares if they continue to do it to others, those others should just block them too and mods don't make the rules, they just enforce it.
