-Little rant on things that happened recently-

Hello to whoever reads this, my name is blue, as most of you would know I'm a very loyal member of miceforce, I'd follow the rules, and tell if there are any problems. Speaking of which let's talk about that. Recently approximately 2 days ago your website went offline. With the following error:

Of course me as a loyal member make a post to it and waited about an hour later I tried refreshing the page and it worked. So I then made a status update to the post you can say. Saying it was fixed. Now since it was like 11pm I needed to sleep. Next morning as usual I checked my notifications for anything new until one of your mods, deleted my post on the update post on my own thread for double post WHICH IT WASNT, and posted almost the exact same thing that I did two days ago.

Ok good job on closing the thread but was it really necessary to delete my thread reply for double post? And not to mention give me a warning for it for two weeks?? Are you kidding so at this point I went over to their profile to discuss things with them,
I gave the following comment

A day later I still haven't got my reply back from chemicals. And yet she was on the forum yesterday a lot. From seeing her status. Which mind you not everyone has to tell you if they are on or not. And what time they were last on the forums. So is there something chemicals isn't telling me? Or is this just bad moderating I'll let you guys be the judge. Anyways, blue out.

i'm not a sentinel, but i'm pretty experienced with forums so i'll explain some of this to you.
it counts as double post regardless whether it was a status update or not, it's just posting twice in the row REGARDLESS. it can get a bit silly sometimes, i know. like for example if someone deletes their post in between two posts of yours, it'd get your a strike for that which is really agitating. but anyways, sentinels give you strikes for double post to encourage you to edit your comment so the forums can be organized and clean, though i do wonder why they don't add that to their reason and use it as a suggestion. doesn't make things too clear when you just delete their post.

as for not getting a reply from chemicals, some people just don't want to deal with others issues and have a lot going on at the moment.
instead of posting on their profile though, it'd have been better to inbox them instead.

i hope this helped a bit a least!

But the thing was that I did not post it twice I only posted it once. That's why I said I did not deserve a strike for the following comment. From what I see, chemicals deleted my comment only to replace it with her own.

you should probably just accept and not whine about it

it's not like the world is ending unless you're huge on your reputation with moderators or whatever

alright so.... i'm a bit confused here
you're saying you didn't post twice in a row? like, you didn't have two separate comments posted IN A ROW?

Yep that's pretty much the just of it.

well i'm not a sentinel and i wasn't there for when it happened, so i honestly cannot say much. you can either move on and accept it, or inbox a sentinel directly to talk about it and figure out what happened at the time of the situation.

As Chlomaki said, Sentinels will always delete double posts. It specifically states so in the Forum Guidelines that we remove messages that are posted in a row to keep the forum organized and clean. It may seem unfair to you, but the Sentinels are just doing their job as told. We're not the ones who have created these rules, and if you have any critiques you can contact Sevenops, but just know there is a slim chance of the rules being changed.
Sentinels are supposed to give the reasoning on why a thread was closed, therefore they had to repeat your message, that just so happened to be a double post which resulted in it getting deleted as shown here, if you needed to see:
IMG_1589.PNG
You were warned for this because every rule broken results in a gained strike against the account. As Chlomaki said about when double posts aren't intentional and someone deletes a message in between, those rules have been changed and you do not get a strike, but the message still gets deleted to prevent any future reports because players can not see delete messages, unlike Sentinels, who would see that the "double post" was not intentional and neither a mistake. If you still have any concerns or confusion that needs to be resolved, feel free to contact me on either my profile or inbox and I will gladly explain your situation so it's understandable. Just know that I am dealing with a sickness and may take some time to reply if you do contact me, but I will do my best to reply ASAP.
Issue resolved, thread locked.
