FANART
This section is for the sharing of miceforce related art. This is not for showing off MF screenshots.
In Fanart, you can look at peoples' artwork or create your own thread to showcase your miceforce related drawings or other forms of artwork! You may also post miceforce related writing, like a sort of story to go with your art. You can also create a request thread to draw other peoples' mice, or you can request some pictures of your own mouse by looking for the [Request] tags in the titles.
You cannot show off your non-Miceforce related artwork here. Instead, you can in the Original Art section.
Be sure to check back and keep a look out for Art Contests!
RULES
1. Only one thread per user
You may have a maximum of 1 request thread and 1 showcase thread. If you have multiple artworks, please post them in the same thread. Do not make a new thread for each drawing you make. This rule also applies to jointly created request/showcase threads; jointly created threads count towards the respective limit.
( You need a minimum of 3 works for a Fanart thread;
Post individual pictures in the Single Fanart thread. )
2. Only post fanart that relates to Miceforce
If you wish to post art that does not relate to MiceForce please use the Off topic Arts section unless you are providing miceforce related art as well.
3. Only post drawings that you have created
Do not post other peoples drawings. It's wrong to take credit for art that you did not make.
4. Do not use an artist's images without permission
If the art was not made for you, then you do not have the right to use it. If you wish to use an artist's work, ask permission before using it. If you do not have permission, you cannot use it.
5. Do not advertise your drawings in another person's thread
It is rude and inconsiderate to hijack someone elses art thread to show of your own work. Please use your own thread for your own drawings.
6. No adult content
Do not post drawings containing nudity, People BROWSE these forums.
7. No critiques unless requested by the creator
Some people do not appreciate receiving unwanted critiques on their work. Please keep it to yourself unless it's requested by the creator, or you can ask for permission first.
8. Be considerate and patient when posting in a request thread
People taking requests usually only do so in their free time and for fun. They are taking time out of their schedule to make your request, so be kind to them. The artist is not obligated to complete your request and is allowed to refuse it.
9. Do not post threads asking for a request to be drawn
If you want something drawn for you, please do not make a thread for it. Instead, look for threads with the [Requests] tag; this means the artist is taking requests. Be sure to read the first post in a request thread to see what kind of work the artist does or to see if they have a form to fill out.
10. Do not post requests if the artist isn't accepting them
Please respect the artists. If anyone is seen continuously requesting drawings in non-request threads, it will be treated as spam and result in mutes.
11. Do not post artwork that has been traced
Tracing does not encourage creativity or originality and involves very little effort, so please refrain from posting artwork that has been traced.
12. Please add the proper tags to your thread title
When posting a thread, please use these tags to make it easier for others to know what your thread is about or contains:
• [Fanart] - Drawings, paintings, sculptures, 3D models, and other visual media relating to MiceForce.
• [Requests] - Threads where an artist is taking requests to do drawings, avatars, or signatures for other users.
If you are going to use the [Requests] tag, be sure you're ready to take requests; if you stop taking requests be sure to contact a Sentinel to have the tag changed or the thread locked.
Users are allowed to make their own tags if appropriate, but if a Sentinel does not think the tag is clear enough it is subject to change.
