What is a helper?
A helper is an unofficial position managed by the EN staff team. Their main purpose is to assist other players, whether it be answering questions or reporting. They can also be classified as the second ears and eyes of other staff positions. How do I become a helper?
To become a helper, you can apply through Force Social. Force social is the official EN discord server, where you can either join for the social aspect or to apply for the staff team. If you're applying, you'll be expected to report, talk and be active as well as being friendly and professional. The time process is different for everyone, as it can take from days to months. Patience is key. However, keep in mind that by joining the discord server and aiming to apply for the staff team does not always guarantee that you'll become a helper or an official.
If I become a helper, does that guarantee me a position on the staff team?
No, it does not guarantee you a position in the staff team. In fact, we're very selective with who we choose, even if you may be a helper. We want to know that we can trust you in being both reliable and trustworthy. Keep in mind that the more desperate or impatient you become, the more unlikely it is that you'll be accepted into the team officially.
How can I contact a Helper?
You can contact any of the Helpers by sending them a private message.
You can send a private message by going to your Inbox and adding their name to the box labeled "Recipients" when creating a new conversation.
It's also possible to discord them, but if you don't have their username tag, you might want to ask for it in their Inbox.
I have a question about Helpers that isn't listed here.
If you have a question related to Helpers, you can post it in this thread or contact a Helper about your concerns.
