You might be wondering what this is
Well, what is it exactly? This is a thread that contains a form in which you can do a few things.
You're able to critique the EN Staff, make suggestions about the community, and report Staff members that you believe aren't doing their jobs properly.

You have the option of submitting this form anonymously.
If you're worried about reporting a Staff member, you can choose to not include your username in this form!
(Even if you submit your username, you will be kept and remain anonymous)
Why are we doing this? Well, as players, your feedback is important to us. We welcome your opinions and we respect them.

what does that mean the question "In which ways do you think we could improve?" and "List the Staff members you believe are abusing/not doing their jobs"?

We're basically saying:
Do you have any critiques for us? What do you think we could do better?
Also, if you believe some EN Staff members aren't fulfilling their duties to their full extent, you can report them, anonymously.

Okay I have an issue, then;
How come you only have two moderators? Uziria and Suiciding, both of which only stay on for an hour every 3-4 hours and then go off or go AFK. Like, you're now the CCM - shouldn't you REALLY be hiring more mods at this point? Like, I don't know, Applications like Faolan did ages and ages ago?
If you don't like what I'm saying, cool, but it's severely bothering me that there's only two of them, both not really on that much and both not doing anything 'til last minute. Sure, I don't have proof, but I personally think you need more mods.
I also think that they need to be more spread out. Not just in EST. Have some in GMT, and in Australia or something like that; have a nice variety when you do actually hire some. If they all end up in EST, then that's just gonna be problematic for you since they'll keep complaining they're tired and won't ever get to sleep because they're all in the same timezone.
Okay, that's just my issue that I have. Agree or disagree, not really bothered.

I was hired as a GMT Moderator at the start of this year, and honestly, it definitely is harder than how you and many others think it is. It's not the fact that Prisms is not hiring Moderators from other timezones, it's the fact that there aren't many players available from other timezones who are also 1) Willing to apply to become a Moderator, and 2) Who fit the bill and qualities of a Moderator.
As for the two current Moderators, they are available for 3-4 hours a day, like you mentioned, but please consider that they are both human, like me and you. Yes, they need their rest and so that's why you're raising this issue because work is not being efficiently handled across the server, but they are trying their hardest, and it'd be great if in future you didn't target them because of this issue.
As for the underlying issue of the Application system, Prisms is working on taking different and perhaps easier approaches towards hiring new staff. The old system, although very effective and capable of allowing the applicants to introduce themselves to the team, and vice versa, was quite time consuming. Despite the fact that we are unable to see the immediate consequences of Prisms’ new system, I would be grateful if you allowed her to integrate this new procedure to the community and allow her to think it through.
I hope that my reply does allow you to see at least one other perspective of your concerns, or even give you a little more comfort and trust in the new Manager. Time, a little respect, and a touch of constructive criticism (as how I see you've utilised) will really help her see it through.
