There are many things to consider when figuring out what your healthy weight is; for many people this depends on genetics, physical structure and many other factors. What is healthy for you may not be healthy for someone else and vice versa. It's much more important to be healthy rather than skinny or weigh less. A healthy diet, where you are consuming as many calories as you burn, and healthy exercise, even just light walking for a half hour a day will go much farther.
If you are worried about your weight there are plenty of people who can help you and guide you on the way to feeling better about yourself. No matter what size you are, or how much you weigh you are beautiful.
