Hey all! Sometimes even if we don’t have anxiety, it can still affect us from time to time in the form of expecting and anticipating the worst possible event in certain scenarios. I’ve found a solution that personally works well for me- determine the worst case scenario and the best case scenario, and the actual outcome will be somewhere in the middle 99% of the time. If you’re having any insecurities about any unpredictable future events, tell them here and I can help out with reassurance or tips to prevent the worst outcomes!
